1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Zymric handles information when you visit the Zymric website.
The website provides information about Zymric and its products, including Nimbus Shield. It may also provide links through which visitors can contact Zymric or visit external services such as Google Play.
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Zymric website. It does not apply to the Nimbus Shield Android application, which has a separate privacy policy.
2. Who We Are
The Zymric website is operated by:
- Operator: Zymric
- Country: Jamaica
- Email: zymricc@gmail.com
Zymric does not currently publish a physical mailing address.
For privacy questions or requests concerning the website, contact zymricc@gmail.com.
3. Information You Provide Directly
The current Zymric website does not require you to create an account or submit personal information through the website.
You may voluntarily contact Zymric by selecting an email link displayed on the website. When you do so, your email application or email provider will be used to send the message.
Zymric may receive information including:
- Your email address.
- Your name, if included in your email account or message.
- The subject and content of your message.
- Any attachments you choose to send.
- Technical or product information you voluntarily provide.
- Any other personal information you choose to include.
Do not send sensitive health information, medical records, passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information unless it is genuinely necessary for your inquiry.
4. How We Use Email Communications
Zymric may use information received through email to:
- Respond to questions or requests.
- Provide product or technical support.
- Investigate reported website or application problems.
- Respond to privacy requests.
- Maintain security and prevent abuse.
- Keep records of important business, legal, or support communications.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Zymric does not use support or inquiry emails to create advertising profiles.
5. Email Retention
Zymric generally retains website-related emails for up to 12 months after the inquiry is resolved.
An email may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to:
- Resolve an ongoing support issue.
- Investigate fraud, abuse, or a security incident.
- Maintain financial or business records.
- Resolve a dispute.
- Comply with a legal obligation.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where information is no longer reasonably required, Zymric will delete it as part of its normal email-management process.
Emails sent to Zymric are processed and stored through Zymric’s email service provider. That provider may maintain additional copies, backups, security records, or retention periods under its own terms.
6. Website Hosting and Cloudflare
The Zymric website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages and delivered through Cloudflare’s network.
When you visit the website, Cloudflare necessarily processes internet-request and technical information required to deliver and protect the site.
This information may include:
- Your IP address.
- The requested website address or page.
- The date and time of the request.
- Browser and device information.
- Operating-system information.
- Referring website information.
- HTTP request and response information.
- Approximate geographic or country information derived from the IP address.
- Network, performance, caching, and security information.
- Information about suspected malicious or automated activity.
Cloudflare processes this information to:
- Deliver website pages and files.
- Cache and optimize website content.
- Maintain website availability.
- Detect and mitigate distributed denial-of-service attacks.
- Identify malicious, abusive, or automated traffic.
- Produce aggregated traffic, performance, and security information.
- Diagnose technical and network problems.
Cloudflare may process information through servers located outside Jamaica, including in the United States and other countries where Cloudflare operates.
Cloudflare’s handling of information is also governed by its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare Privacy Policy:
7. Cloudflare Security and Traffic Analytics
Cloudflare provides network-level security, performance, and aggregated traffic information as part of hosting and delivering the website.
This may include aggregated information about:
- Page requests.
- Traffic volumes.
- Visitor countries.
- Referring websites.
- Browser or device categories.
- Cached content.
- Security events.
- Blocked or challenged requests.
- Website availability and performance.
Zymric does not use this information to identify individual visitors or build individual advertising profiles.
Cloudflare may retain security, request, and diagnostic information according to the Cloudflare service configuration and Cloudflare’s own policies.
8. Cloudflare Web Analytics
Zymric does not currently enable the optional JavaScript-based Cloudflare Web Analytics service on the website.
The website therefore does not intentionally load the Cloudflare Web Analytics browser beacon for measuring individual page views or browser performance.
Cloudflare may still provide Zymric with aggregated edge-level traffic, security, and performance information as part of its hosting and network services.
If Zymric later enables Cloudflare Web Analytics, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain:
- The information measured by the analytics service.
- The purposes for which analytics are used.
- Whether cookies or persistent identifiers are involved.
- Applicable retention periods.
- Any privacy choices available to visitors.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Zymric does not currently set first-party cookies for:
- User accounts.
- Advertising.
- Behavioural profiling.
- Personalization.
- Marketing analytics.
- Newsletter tracking.
The website does not currently use:
- Google Analytics.
- PostHog.
- Meta Pixel.
- Advertising SDKs or advertising networks.
- Third-party marketing trackers.
- Session-replay tools.
Cloudflare may use limited cookies or similar security mechanisms where necessary to provide network security, bot management, traffic challenges, or abuse prevention. Such mechanisms are controlled by Cloudflare and may be activated only in particular security circumstances.
If Zymric introduces non-essential cookies or tracking technologies, the website and this policy will be updated before or when those technologies are introduced. A consent mechanism will be provided where required by applicable law.
10. Third-Party Content
The current website is designed to use locally hosted website assets and does not intentionally load third-party:
- Fonts.
- Videos.
- Maps.
- Social-media widgets.
- Advertising content.
- Chat widgets.
- Tracking scripts.
- Externally hosted images.
This reduces the number of third parties that receive information when you visit the site.
If Zymric later embeds external content, the relevant provider may receive your IP address, browser information, requested page, and other technical information when that content loads. This policy will be updated where appropriate.
11. External Links
The Zymric website may contain links to websites or services operated by other organizations.
These may include a link to the Nimbus Shield listing on Google Play after the application launches.
When you select an external link:
- You leave the Zymric website.
- The external service may receive information from your browser.
- The external service’s privacy policy and terms apply.
- Zymric does not control the external service’s data practices.
A link to another service does not mean that Zymric controls or accepts responsibility for that service’s privacy or security practices.
12. Google Play
After Nimbus Shield launches, the website may link to its Google Play listing.
Selecting the Google Play link may allow Google to process information including your:
- IP address.
- Browser or device information.
- Google account information, where you are signed in.
- Interaction with the Google Play listing.
- Application installation or purchase activity.
Zymric does not receive your complete Google account details or payment-card information merely because you select a Google Play link.
Google processes information according to its own privacy policy and Google Play terms.
13. Contact Forms
The website does not currently operate a contact form.
Zymric may introduce a contact form in the future that sends visitor messages to zymricc@gmail.com.
Before a contact form is activated, Zymric will review and document:
- The form-processing technology.
- Whether Cloudflare Pages Functions, Workers, or another provider processes submissions.
- The information collected.
- Spam and abuse-prevention measures.
- Whether Cloudflare Turnstile or another security service is used.
- Whether submissions are temporarily logged or stored.
- Applicable deletion and retention periods.
- Whether form submissions are encrypted during transmission.
- Any additional service providers receiving the information.
This Privacy Policy will be updated before or when the contact form becomes publicly available.
14. No User Accounts
The Zymric website does not currently provide visitor accounts, profiles, login functionality, or password-protected customer areas.
Zymric therefore does not collect website account credentials or maintain website visitor profiles.
15. No Newsletter or Marketing List
The website does not currently offer:
- A newsletter.
- A launch-notification list.
- A beta-testing signup.
- A marketing mailing list.
- Promotional text-message subscriptions.
Zymric will not add a visitor to a marketing list merely because the visitor sends a support or general inquiry email.
If a newsletter, beta signup, waitlist, or marketing list is introduced, participation will be voluntary and this policy will be updated.
16. No Website Payments
The website does not currently process purchases, subscriptions, donations, or payment-card information.
Nimbus Shield purchases or subscriptions, where available, are handled through Google Play and are governed by the Nimbus Shield Privacy Policy and the applicable Google and payment-service terms.

18. Children’s Privacy
The Zymric website is not directed to children under 13.
Zymric does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through website accounts, forms, newsletters, advertising, or tracking profiles.
If you believe a child under 13 has sent personal information to Zymric by email, contact zymricc@gmail.com. Zymric will review the request and delete the information where appropriate and legally permitted.
19. International Processing
Zymric operates from Jamaica.
Cloudflare, Zymric’s email provider, Google, and other external services linked from the website may process information in countries outside Jamaica or outside your country of residence.
Privacy and data-protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your location.
Where required by applicable law, Zymric will use appropriate contractual, consent-based, or other legally recognized safeguards for international processing under Zymric’s control.

- Request correction.
- Request deletion.
- Request restriction of processing.
- Object to certain processing.
- Request data portability.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
- Complain to an applicable privacy or data-protection authority.
Because the website does not use visitor accounts or individual tracking profiles, Zymric may hold little or no information that can be connected to a particular visitor.
